I know again it's been a long time, I have posted any recipes. There was an emergency at home..My father is extremely unwell from past 44 days.He is still in Highly dependency unit😢. I really pray ,may God bless him. Was going hometown frequently ,so not able to concentrate on blog.
Got some time today to add a new recipe for you all.
Here I came again with a fusion of our traditional dishes..We all must have tasted "Jhal mudhi". /spicy puffed rice. Yes!!!,then where isthe fusion 🤔??. How many of you had ghughuni,mudhi,mixture and all other stuff?. In other words "mudhi chat"/puffed rice chat..!!
Without wasting more time let's start the recipe!.
Cuisine: East India
White peas gravey 1bowl(for the recipe click the below link
Murmure/Puffed rice 1 cup
Nylon sev 3tbsp
Onion finely chopped 2tbsp
Tomato. Finely chopped 2tbsp
Cucumber finely chopped 2tbsp
Carrot grated 2 tbsp
Chat masala 1/4tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
Lemon juice drizzle as per taste
Kosher salt as per taste
👉Take mixing bowl add peas gravey ,mixture, onion, tomato, cucumber,carrot,lemon juice,salt,chat masala give a nice mix
👉 Now add murmure/Puffed rice
Granish with sev and coriander leaves
