Egg's are one of most loved and famous non vegetarian, and easily and readily available in every odiya's kitchen. As the use of egg is versatile and loads of protien, and very important can be stored out of refrigerator!!. That was a bless, as in our culture we have many restriction's were allowed to eat/ cook non-vegetarian food only specific days of the week, like Wednesday ,Friday and Sunday .And in our home Friday was one such day which we eagerly looked forward to have this dish. Specially prepared by Maa, the taste give an immense pleasure!!

Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
